1Eligibility

• You must be 13 years or older to use this Platform.
• If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with parental/guardian consent.

2Services Offered

• Pre-recorded learning sessions (streaming only, no downloads).
• Online one-on-one (1:1) masterclasses.
• Online group masterclasses.
• Additional features may be introduced from time to time.

3Enrollment & Access

• Once you enroll in a course, you receive access only for personal use.
• Enrollments are non-transferable; substitution or sharing of accounts is not allowed.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security and login details.

4Payments & Fees

• All payments must be completed before accessing a course or booking a session.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways such as Razorpay/Stripe.
• Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

5Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If an artiste cancels or reschedules a session, you will be notified and offered alternate time slots.
• If you miss a confirmed session, no refund or rescheduling will be applicable.
• Enrollments in 1:1 or group sessions cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or transferred by students.

6Student Responsibilities

• You must ensure a stable internet connection for all online classes.
• You agree to maintain respectful behavior during classes. Disruptive or offensive behavior may result in removal without refund.
• Recording, reproducing, or redistributing any course/session is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including videos, lessons, logos, and materials, is the intellectual property of Indian Music Guru and the respective artistes.
• You may not copy, share, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8Platform Availability

• We strive to ensure uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, or secure.
• Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect access.

9Limitation of Liability

Indian Music Guru and Metastar Media Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible for:

• Student-side technical issues (internet, device, etc.)
• Personal injury during dance or music practice
• Any indirect or consequential damages from using the Platform

10Privacy

• Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

11Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of content, or disruptive behavior.

12Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
